Fifth General Training Course for Port State Control Officers in Japan

The 5th General Training Course for Port State Control Officers (PSCOs) was held in Yokohama, Japan from 24th August to 18th September 2015. This was funded by IMO and organized by Tokyo MoU and Capt. Mohamed Al Merbati from the Kingdom of Bahrain attended this training.
